The Opportunity

Nutanix is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Customer Success Platform, a strategic internal product that powers customer success, professional services, renewals, sales, product, and corporate strategy teams.

This platform serves as the centralized source of customer adoption, engagement, and business insights across Nutanix, enabling data-driven decision-making from frontline teams to executive leadership. Insights generated through the platform directly inform regular C-suite business reviews and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch, adoption, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, data teams, and engineering partners to deliver scalable capabilities that drive user engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is shaping our AI strategy, including developing intelligent virtual adoption agents, AI-powered insights and capabilities, and automation capabilities that transform how users interact with the platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with strategic thinking, excels at working across functions, and uses data to drive product decisions and measurable outcomes.


About the Team

The Customer Success Platform team builds the systems, experiences, and insights that help Nutanix maximize customer adoption and business growth. Our platform serves as the strategic foundation for understanding customer health, adoption trends, renewal readiness, and growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

We operate as a highly collaborative product organization, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, UX, Customer Success, Professional Services, Renewals, Sales, and Corporate Strategy teams. Our work directly influences operational execution, executive decision-making, and company growth initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape both the product strategy and AI vision for a platform that impacts teams across Nutanix.


Your Role

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the roadmap for Nutanix's Customer Success Platform, aligning investments with business objectives and user needs.
  • Drive product strategy across customer success, professional services, renewals, sales, product, and corporate strategy functions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver business value through technology and automation.
AI & Innovation
  • Lead the platform's AI roadmap, including virtual adoption agents, intelligent recommendations, and personalized user experiences.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation to increase productivity, user engagement, and business impact.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into high-value product capabilities.
Product Development & Execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to uncover challenges, gather requirements, and identify product opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Collaborate closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business and user expectations.
Analytics, Adoption & Business Impact
  • Define success metrics and measure product performance through usage, engagement, adoption, and business outcome KPIs.
  • Leverage analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to continuously improve platform effectiveness.
  • Create executive-ready insights, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop release communications, training programs, and enablement materials that drive adoption and long-term value realization.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships across business, engineering, UX, and data teams.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Present new capabilities and drive awareness, adoption, and organizational alignment.


What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or business applications.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering end-to-end software products.
  • Experience launching AI-powered capabilities such as virtual agents, copilots, recommendations, or intelligent automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Experience partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, experimentation, customer journey analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing product launches, user acceptance testing, adoption measurement, and post-launch optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with customer success, CRM, analytics, partner, learning management, commerce, or business productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software adoption, customer success, professional services, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, learning platforms, incentive management, commerce systems, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience building or managing unified data platforms and single-source-of-truth business systems.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven user experiences, personalization, automation, and conversational interfaces.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 160,000 and USD $ 320,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
